Learning and programme questions

Start with the educational-level and programme pages. They explain the learning approach, intended participants and the kind of academic support each pathway is designed to provide.

Device and access questions

Use the readiness guide to plan device availability, sound, charging, internet access and a suitable study space. The platform’s technical requirements and support channels will be published before participation begins.

Guardian involvement

Parents and guardians should understand the learner’s timetable and support needs. Younger learners require closer adult guidance with device use and online participation.

Safeguarding concerns

Concerns about learner safety require prompt attention. Academy reporting contacts and escalation procedures must be available before learning begins; immediate emergencies should be referred to established local emergency services.
